1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and R/EAL Accounting LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Nebraska.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Services Provided

R/EAL Accounting LLC provides professional accounting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in a separate engagement agreement or service proposal provided to you prior to the commencement of work.

Our services may include but are not limited to:

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, or investment advice. All accounting and tax services are subject to a formal engagement agreement.

3. SMS / Text Message Terms

3.1 Consent to Receive SMS Messages

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications unless you choose to re-enroll. As a client of R/EAL Accounting LLC, you agree to:

• Respond promptly to requests for verification codes, document clarification, or additional information

R/EAL Accounting LLC shall not be liable for errors, penalties, or delays resulting from your failure to provide accurate or complete information.

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees will be communicated to you in advance through a written engagement agreement or service proposal. By engaging our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the terms stated in that agreement.

Where tax payments or other financial transactions are scheduled to be processed from your account, we will notify you in advance via SMS, email, or both, as applicable. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available.

6. Confidentiality

R/EAL Accounting LLC understands the sensitive nature of financial and tax information. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information in accordance with applicable professional standards and applicable law, including but not limited to IRS Circular 230 and applicable state regulations.

We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except as necessary to provide our services, as required by law, or with your written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of R/EAL Accounting LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
